2.2 We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age and will delete that information if we become aware that we have done so. If the parent or guardian of a child under 13 believes that the child has provided us with any PI, please contact us and ask to have this personal information deleted from our files.

Please note that our website is not configured to detect “Do Not Track” privacy preferences set on a user’s internet search browser.

The Company’s website may also contain links to other websites. The Company does not share your personal information with those websites and it is not responsible for their collection of information or privacy practices.

5.2 This website may use social media plugins (e.g. Facebook and LinkedIn) to enable you to share information with others. When you visit our website, the operator of the social media plugin can place a cookie on your computer.  If you are logged into the social media website while browsing our website, the social media plugins may allow that social media website to share data about your activities on our Website with other users of their social media website. For example, Facebook may show your likes and comments on our pages to your Facebook friends. We do not control any of the content from the social media plugins. 5.3 We do not share your personal information in exchange for money.  We may, however, share personal information with certain third parties, which may be considered a “sale” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) even if we don’t receive money in exchange for the information. 6.1 The security of your personal information is important to us and we take reasonable steps to protect our website and your personal information. We cannot guarantee the internet is 100% secure and encourage you to use caution.

6.2 This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Privacy Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within New York. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.

6.3 If you access this website from outside the U.S., by using this website you:

(a) acknowledge that the Company operates in accordance with the laws of the U.S and that the data protection laws applicable may not provide you with the same protection as those of your jurisdiction; and
